SHIPMENTS
Pro Nois travels worldwide with FEDEX. FEDEX do not deliver to a PO Box. Your order can be sent to an address of your choice (home, work, etc – not a PO Box). We usually ship within 48 hours for most items and around 72 hours for specific items. Shipping times are usually 4-6 working days in Europe and 8-15 for the rest of the world.
Once the ordered product has been shipped, the customer receives an email from Pro Nois in which the shipment number will be specified and a direct link to FEDEX will allow tracking the status of the shipment.
RETURNS
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer can send a return request email to info@pronois.studio. PRONOIS will evaluate the request and start the procedures after agreements made with the Client.
